Prices and Payment
Do I have to pay for proofreading and editing services?
Yes, this services costs money. If you want to find out how much your document will cost, please visit our prices page.
Do I have to pay for the service before my document is returned?
Yes, we require all customers to pay for proofreading and editing services before work begins on your document. For customers who have a long relationship with EditorNow, we may consider accepting payment after proofreading and editing.
I don't have a credit card, can I still use your services?
Yes. We accept PayPal transfers, credit/debit card payments and check/money orders.
Can I use my funding, grant or student loan to pay for your services?
Yes. Many students who use our services to proofread and edit their documents pay with money from a loan or grant. However, we do suggest you check with your sponsor, before you use a particular source.
How do I calculate the word count of my document? Do you count the bibliography and references?
It's really simple. We've put together a video below that shows you how to do this. There are two different versions of Microsoft Word - 2003 and 2007 - make sure you know which one you are working with. The wordcount you submit for your document will be the total wordcount for the document; if there is a part of your work that you don't want us to check, then please let us know when you submit it.

Editing Services
Can you write my assignment for me?
No. We aren't an essay writing service and we do not conduct research for you, or provide you with new content for your document. We believe students should research and write their own work. To undertake this for students would be highly unethical and would mean that the work you are submitting would contain plagiarism.
If you submit work that is not your own, it can be considered plagiarism and you could be asked to leave your college or university. Having someone else write your essay constitutes cheating. Our service helps students improve their work and allows them to understand where they may have downfalls in their academic writing. Having a keen eye check over your work is a must, as many writers do not notice their own mistakes.Do you guarantee that I will pass or get a better mark if I use your service?
We can help improve your spelling, grammar, punctuation and writing, if you use our services. We can also help you with your content, clarity and argument, highlighting any weaknesses in your document and recognising the need for more research. However, your final mark will ultimately depend on you, and how much time, research and effort you have put into your work will affect your final grade.
Will you write up my dissertation if I give you all the research information/data?
No, we can only edit your academic work thoroughly to help strengthen your work before it is submitted. However, we need a complete paper before we can start the editing process.
Can I meet an editor in person to discuss my document?
No, we do not provide a tutoring service; all contact is done via the Internet or email.
If I live in another country, can I still use your services?
Yes, of course! EditorNow is a global company that provides proofreading and editing services to students in colleges and university throughout the globe.
Is your service cheating?
No, our service helps present your ideas and research so that you can be graded for your understanding of the subject, not your quality of English. Many lecturers who review assignments are more appreciative of an essay which has been proofread, and they may even recommend our services. Your work should be marked on its content, research abilities and critical thinking, and not hindered by the quality of written English.

When will I receive my editing document?
This all depends on the turnaround time and pricing you chose when you placed your order. In the confirmation email that you will have received it will have stated the exact time by which your order will be returned to you - this can be anywhere between 12 hours and 2 weeks. You should also receive an SMS text message when this email has been sent. If, for some reason, the document isn't with you by this time, then please contact us.
